This eBook is filled with easy-to-cook, delicious, everyday meals, each with a hint of restaurant quality.

All 224 recipes are written clearly, and each has one or more large photographs attached to ensure there is no confusion as to what you are about to cook.

There are eleven sections covering Soups, Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Vegetarian, Vegan, Budget recipes, Desserts, Biscuits (Cookies), Drinks and Complementary Recipes.

I have ensured that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

My intention in writing this eBook was with both yours and my health in mind. Over the past years, the canned and processed foods we are expected to eat have fallen substantially short of the nutrients the human body requires to function at its optimal peak.

After having a stroke at the age of 16 months, I am very aware of what keeps the body operational - and what does not! With this in mind, and whenever possible, I always use fresh organic ingredients.

Cooking, however, must also include a psychological component. When cooking any well-thought-out recipe, purchase your ingredients the day before you start. Switch your devices to silent, take a deep breath, and then slow down.

Turn your attention to the peeling, cutting, and cooking. Concentrate on the sounds, feelings, tastes, and aromas in your kitchen. In short, become meditative with your actions as you progress through each step.

Once completed, invite your family and friends to your table. Bask in your presentation, your aromas, your rich flavours, and in the great comments you will receive from those you love.

I want you to be as proud of your creations - as I am of mine.

"So together, let's cook!"

Nadine
