Ice Coffee

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
2 shots instant coffee
1½ cups milk
1½ scoops vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup ice
Cinnamon (to garnish)
Method:
Blend the coffee, milk, sugar, and ice cream together.
Pour the ice coffee mixture into two glasses.
Top off with extra ice cream.
Serve chilled.
