Honey Mustard Wings

Ingredients:
(Serves 4-6)
4.4 lbs. (2kg) chicken wings
Honey Mustard Glaze:
½ cup pure plain honey
1½ teaspoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1½ teaspoons onion powder
1⁄3 cup grainy mustard
3-4 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C)
Line two baking trays with baking paper and set aside.
Stir all the marinade ingredients together until smooth.
Add a little water to thin the marinade slightly.
Place the chicken wings on the lined baking trays.
Using a pastry-brush, evenly coat the wings in the marinade.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, then turn the wings over and brush with the remaining marinade.
Reduce the heat and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove and serve hot with an ice-cold dry beer, cider, or glass of white wine.
