Fresh Walnut and Pear Salad

Ingredients:
(Serves 2-4)
500g (1.1lb.) packet of mixed lettuce
1½ teaspoons olive oil
½ cup walnuts – crushed
150g (5.3oz.) blue cheese – crumbled
¼ cup golden raisins
1 pear – sliced
Method:
Place fresh lettuce leaves into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Add the sliced pear, blue cheese, golden raisins, and walnuts.
Serve with any main meal, or as a light lunch.
