For these recipes, I have created alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for you; some iced teas/coffees, healthy protein shakes, detox, and a Cheeky Charcoal Cleanser.
In a nutshell, there is a drink for everyone. Please do not give any alcoholic drinks to an underage person, or someone on medication. The alcohol components in these recipes can be eliminated without a dramatic change to the outcome.
I am particularly proud of my Choc-mint Frappé and Watermelon Lime & Mint Cooler. When served cold, these are delicious afternoon drinks enjoyed outside on a hot day.
Some drinks are best served cold, and others are served hot. I have created an array of different types of drinks for you to choose from. Each has its place, either for a summer or winter drink, after a gym session, or on the terrace with friends.
Either way, I’m sure you'll find a drink to enjoy.
