Don Pedro Recipe by Nadine Lloyd

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

  • 30ml ( 1.0fl.oz) Whiskey

  • 30ml (1.0fl.oz) Kahlua

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • ¼ cup thin cream

  • 1 teaspoon chocolate – grated

Method:


Add the whiskey, Kahlua, ice cream, and cream to a jug. 

Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.

Pour the Don Pedro into two glasses.


Garnish each glass with ½ teaspoon grated chocolate.

Serve chilled.
