Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
1kg (2.2lb) chicken thighs – diced
3-4 teaspoons chicken seasoning
4-5 tablespoons sesame seed oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup mushrooms – halved
¾ cup green spring onions – sliced
½ cup celery – diced
2 cloves garlic – crushed
½ packet cooked pasta
1 tub cream cheese
Salt and pepper – to taste
Method:
Boil and drain the pasta.
Lightly coat the pasta in sesame seed oil (2 tablespoons).
Set aside.
Heat the remaining sesame seed oil (2 tablespoons) in a medium-sized saucepan.
Coat the chicken in the seasoning, then fry until cooked through.
Add the garlic, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and spring onions.
Fry for a further 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Add the cream cheese, pasta, salt, and pepper.
Stir through.
Serve hot.
Garnish with freshly cut spring onions.
