Crab and Lobster Shells
Recipes for Home and Restaurant

Ingredients:
(Makes 12-18)
1 lobster tail – roughly chopped
4 tablespoons crab meat
½ avocado – mashed
2 tablespoons seafood island sauce
Salt and pepper – to taste
Canapé shells – store bought or home made
Fennel sprigs
Method:
Using a small bowl, mix the lobster, crab, avocado, island sauce, salt, and pepper together.
Spoon out small quantities of the crab/lobster mixture into the shells.
Garnish with a sprig of fennel.
Serve cool.
