Kerry's Carolina Reaper Wings

Ingredients:
(Serves 4-6)
4.4 lbs. (2kg) chicken wings
Deep frying cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2-3 tablespoons Carolina Reaper powder
Salt and pepper to taste!
1½ cups corn flour
Sriracha sauce:
1 cup ketchup (tomato sauce)
½ cup sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Carolina Reaper powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 Fresh Carolina Reaper peppers – finely chopped
Method:
Stir the garlic powder, onion powder, Carolina Reaper powder, salt, and pepper through the corn flour.
Coat the chicken wings in the seasoned flour.
Preheat the oil to 356°F (180°C)
Deep fry the coated wings for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Sriracha Sauce:
Whisk all the Sriracha sauce ingredients together until properly combined.
Toss the cooked wings through the sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped Carolina Reaper peppers.
Serve hot with ice-cold beer and extra dipping sauce.
