Biscuits

From the Author:
Biscuits are easy to make. I started these recipes after dad asked me to make him some Office Biscuits.
So, I asked, “what are office biscuits?” Dad didn't know, so I created a biscuit that was not too sweet yet had fruit and nuts in it.
If your family is anything like mine, they'll keep coming back for more. To date, I have supplied dad with his office biscuits for more than 8 years now.
Mum showed me how to make her Fruit and Nut Buttermilk Rusks, which she enjoys with a cup of tea in the morning.
Then my sister asked me to create a gluten-free biscuit for a colleague of hers at work. My Gluten-Free White Chocolate & Macadamia Cookies developed from that request.
So, not wanting to feel left out, I created my Jam Drop Cookie Recipe, for myself, which my Granny helped me with.
I trust there is a recipe (or recipes) you are drawn toward. Something you can make and slip into the kid’s lunch box – or your own!
In any event, try them and see how you go.
