Beetroot Ginger & Celery

Ingredients:
(Serves 1-2)
1 large beetroot
2 carrots
2 red apples
2 green apples
6 celery sticks
1 cucumber
1 nob ginger - thumb size
1 bunch parsley
1½ cups water
Method:
Juice all the ingredients together.
Stir to combine.
Strain off the pulp.
Serve with crushed ice and a stick of celery.
